Joined the practice in 1991 is currently senior partner.
Matt has an interest in musculoskeletal disease, and shares the provision of our joint injection service. He also shares medical responsibility for our anticoagulation service.
He is a GP trainer, responsible for supervising, and organising our GP registrars.

MB ChB DRCOG MRCGP (Qualified Manchester 1988).
Joined the practice in 1992 as a partner. Ian leads our cardiovascular team, having a particular interest in primary prevention, lipid management, heart failure and arrhythmia. He shares medical responsibility for the anticoagulation service. Ian is currently managing partner, responsible for the partners input into the day to day running of the practice.
Externally he is a Governing Body Member of NHS Oldham Clinical Commissioning Group(CCG), leading on Quality and safety.

FRCGP, MSc (SEM), Post Grad Dip (SEM), Post Grad Cert Clin Sci, Dip Mountain Medicine, MBChB (Qualified Leicester 1992).
Joined the practice in 1997 as a partner. Ian leads our work on musculoskeletal medicine, prescribing, cancer and palliative care service development, and shares provision of our minor surgery service. He is a GP trainer responsible for supervising our GP registrars. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2012 - an award given to GPs in recognition of a significant contribution to medicine and general practice in particular.
Externally he works as Associate Medical Director at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust and Director of Primary Care Performance at Pennine MSK Partnership Ltd
In October 2016 Ian became a Visiting Professor at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Ian holds distinctions in both his Masters degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine, holding a sports medicine and musculoskeletal clinic in Oldham with Pennine MSK. He has an interest and qualifications in outdoor, mountain and wilderness medicine, being able to offer advice about medical issues on expeditions or in remote/extreme environments. He also is a keen sportsperson himself: mountaineering, rock climbing, long distance running, mountain/road biking and karate.

Joined the practice in 1999 as a partner.
Rus shares provision of our minor surgery, and joint injection service.
He leads the IT service at the practice, and is currently responsible for supervising medical students attached to the practice.
Externally he is a director of our out of our service, Go-To-Doc.
