I M P O R T A N T N O T I C E - Afternoon surgery on Wednesday 22nd December
On the afternoon of Wednesday 22 December, all of Oldham’s GP practices will be operating differently in support of the accelerated Covid-19 booster programme.
Practices are being supported by GTD Healthcare (GoToDoc) at this time. This means practice phone lines will be diverting to GTD Healthcare as they do for the Out of Hours Service. GTD staff are able to help you with most urgent medical problems during this time, to speak to them you should phone the normal practice number.
This will help free up the practice to spend the afternoon focusing on vaccinating as many our patients as possible.
The practice remains open during this time, if you need us for matters that can’t be dealt with by GTD and can’t wait, please come in as usual and we will be pleased to help.
Thank you for your understanding.

Please wear a face covering if you visit the practice
It is important that when patients have an appointment or visit the practice that they wear a face covering that covers the nose and mouth.
Face coverings can help contain the Coronavirus, especially when social distancing measures cannot be maintained. This applies when people have to visit a clinician as it will help us protect our staff and other patients.
The Government have provided information and guidance on how and when face coverings should be used and this includes a useful guide on how people can make their own covering, please click here for more information
By following these measures local people can help protect themselves and others as we continue to manage the pandemic in Saddleworth.
Did you know you no longer have to wait on the phone to get the health advice you need? Now, you can use Online Consult or Patient Access to assess your symptoms using online forms and send a message to the practice. We’ll then review this so that we can advise you on the most appropriate next steps. Click here to get started.
From 17 February 2020, your medical record will be able to be viewed by other health and social care professionals directly involved in your care via a ShareforYou record.
